Fan Milk Nigeria, a leading dairy and beverage company and a major player in Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, has appointed Oreoluwa Atinmo as its Managing Director, effective April 1.

The appointment marks a significant milestone in the company’s history, making Oreoluwa the first Nigerian woman to lead Fan Milk Nigeria as Managing Director. The move underscores the company’s commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and the development of local leadership.

In her new role, Oreoluwa will oversee the company’s business operations and drive its strategic growth agenda in Nigeria.

She succeeds Kayode Adebiyi, whose tenure was marked by a period of business growth and transformation.

Oreoluwa brings extensive experience in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth, strengthening brands, improving operational efficiency and creating long-term value in highly competitive markets.

Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams, identified new market opportunities and championed innovation to meet changing consumer demands.

As Managing Director, she will focus on accelerating Fan Milk Nigeria’s growth strategy by strengthening its route-to-market capabilities, deepening consumer engagement and simplifying operations to enhance business performance.

She is also expected to reinforce operational excellence across the company’s value chain while strengthening partnerships with distributors, retailers and other key stakeholders.

The company said her leadership will support its ambition to expand its market presence, maintain industry leadership and deliver greater value to consumers, customers and shareholders.

Fan Milk Nigeria reaffirmed its commitment to long-term growth, the delivery of high-quality dairy and beverage products, and creating shared value for stakeholders while contributing to the continued development of Nigeria’s FMCG industry.
